Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us at our discretion – for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return Process

To return an item, you must complete our official customer claim form by clicking this link – “Customer Return & Cancellation Claim“. After your claim has been submitted, reviewed and accepted, you will be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Upon receiving your assigned RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Items/Products marked as “on sale” and or have a “reduced or discounted price” that have been purchased from the physical store location or https://flawlessdangandco.com are final and cannot be returned, no exceptions.
  • Cancellation of a Deposit made towards custom order design and consultation will incur either a $200 design fee (if design is completed) or 20% cancellation fee (If cancelled before a design was done).
  • If you are under the age of 18, you must have written permission from your legal parent(s), birth parent(s) or legal guardian(s) before ordering grills/dental caps or any other product from https://flawlessdangandco.com. 

Under Aged Purchase

You must be 18 years of age in order to purchase product from http://www.flawlessdangandco.com, unless with permission from a legal parent(s), birth parent(s) or legal guardian(s). If an Item/Product was purchased by an underaged individual that sale is deemed as final and is under no circumstance eligible for a refund, return or store credit. Under the condition that a refund claim is submitted under the context of a child or under-aged individual making a purchase while unsupervised from http://www.flawlessdangandco.com – Flawless Dang and Co will not issue a refund, exchange, apply any store credit or initiate any further investigation into the matter. As a parent/guardian you are 100% responsible for your underaged individuals actions, and Flawless Dang & Co claims no responsibility for yours of their action.

Refund

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any and all custom made products
  • Custom Made to Order Pendants
  • Custom Made to Order Chains
  • Custom Made to Order Necklaces
  • Custom Made to Order Rings
  • Custom Made to Order Earrings
  • Custom Made to Order Grillz
  • Custom Made to Order Cubans
  • Custom Made to Order Bracelets
  • Custom Made to Order accessories such as bezels and watch bands
  • Any and all other accessory purposed Custom Made to Order products or pieces.

If your product was found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, please fill out the customer claim form as you would for any other return and follow the claim process.

Custom Order Consideration

Flawless Dang & Co offers custom made to order products, such as rings, engagements, pendants, earrings, necklaces, cubans, memory pendants, name pendants, bracelets, locks, grillz, and more not specified here. When making a custom order please be mindful that orders are budget based, hand crafted products that require labor and physical resources to produce. Please take careful consideration to the details you are providing for your order and be sure to double and triple check for accuracy before submitting your order request. Once production of an order has started the reversal, remission or revision of your product at this point is impossible, impractical and costly. Below are some considerations to be mindful of when placing your custom orders with Flawless Dang & Co & http://www.flawlessdangandco.com.

Grillz Orders

  • When ordering permanent grillz it is recommended that your order your Grill in 18K gold.
  • Before ordering permanent Grillz it is recommended that you visit your dentist to check the condition and general health of your teeth, however ultimately it is your choice.
  • Over time your grill will tarnish, fade or change color after very extensive and long term usage and implementation. General ware of the Grill will be accelerated if you regularly consume alcoholic drinks, acidic drinks such as soda, consume hard/harsh food items or engage in smoking of any kind including vaping
  • If you have ordered a pullout grill it is recommended that you take it out if you wish to engage freely in these activities, ultimately though it is 100% up to you what you do with your own Grillz.
  • It is recommended to clean and maintain your Grillz on a regular basis in order to maintain the integrity of the gold, however its is 100% your choice what you do with your Grillz. 
  • Flawless Dang & Co offers ultrasonic cleaning of your Grillz at no extra cost, we also offer 2 more levels of cleaning for a fee, such as “Make New” and “Deep Clean”.
Non Grill Orders
  • When submitting your custom made product order it is important to understand that you must be Deposit Ready in order to escalate and progress your product order or information requests.
  • When submitting a custom made product order deposit – please provide basic information about your design requests to your sales person to aid in the production of your digital 3D/2D Render. This render is only provided after you have submitted your deposit and it has been confirmed by our sales team.
  • When submitting your custom made product order please provide as much descriptive details as possible, you want to ensure the accuracy of your request.
  • When submitting your custom made product order please be sure to double and triple check that all your specified options and color requests have been translated to your sales person. 
  • When submitting your custom made product order it is important to understand that timely, accurate and consistent communication with and not “harassing”  your sales person is key to ensuring that your order is fulfilled to your specifications and budget.
  • When submitting your custom made product order, its is important to clearly specify your budgetary limitations at the beginning of the process. Custom made product orders are budget based and our digital 3D/2D renders are designed according to these budget constraints. 
  • When submitting your custom made product order do not be afraid to lean on the guidance of your sales person. Our sales team is experienced in product orders and have seen many of these orders over the many years we have been in business, they are equipped to make recommendations that are unique to your order.
