Order
The process begins once you submit your custom made order through our custom product portal. Through this portal you will submit the details of your piece.
Deposit
After submitting your custom made order you will be required to submit a deposit. Deposits are $500.00, without a deposit your order will be disregarded.Â
3D Render
After you submit your deposit, you will be provided with a 3D render of your Piece (Grill orders are exempt). This allows you to view your piece in its true size. This is the time you may request adjustments to your piece and budget respectively.
Production
If you are satisfied with your render and require no additional revisions or changes, you may move forward with production. You will be required to cover 50% of the final price of the piece. You may also pay in full at this time if you so choose.
Quality Control
Once production has finalized your piece will be thoroughly examined and inspected for quality control, ensuring your specifications were met.
Take Delivery
After passing quality control, your piece will be shipped to you or stored in preparation for your retrieval. Your must cover your remaining balance before your piece will be released or shipped to you. Â
